Da Vinci for Moderator =)

Hey,

My IGN is Da Vinci and I am going to try to run for Mod.
My real name is Leonard but most of my friends just call me Leo or Leonardo ^^.
I've been playing for aprox. 2-3 months and I've seen lots of positive things about this server, but also some negative aspects.
Mostly what I'm worried about is the Dupers themselfs, the X-Loggers and the flaming which happens.
Most people on the server like me and I have tried all I can to help the new players when they joined the server. I suppose many of these players which I have helped won't be registered on forums but I don't just help to get staff ( which is my goal eventually ) , but to also help the server.

I have been Mod on 2 other servers, Admin on 2 others servers ^^, and Co-Owner on about 2-3 other servers aswell.
I believe on starting at the 'bottom' of the ladder and working my way up to the top.
I tried running my own server but I couldn't get the Java to work on my netbook, so I was just like, Screw it
The servers I have worked on I have only heard positive comments about my work, I have been respected ( as far as I realised lol ) , except for the occasional constructive criticism.


I am honest but if I don't like something I won't keep it away, sometimes I say it without thinking of the consequences.
I am open to changes and criticism but I like to hear what I do well aswell ^^.
If someone tells me something they don't want anyone else to hear I WON'T tell anyone else, because they put their trust in me.

I think you still need a bit of work, i havn't really seen you help many people and you take storys 1 sidedly or so i have seen but if you helped more people and had a more open mind you might have a better chance
