Bank Reset?

Well.. Dupeing seems to be fixed.
I havn't seen new dupers.
So honestlly, I would like a bank reset.
It stops illegals and staff items out of non staff accs.
It brings the fun back to OMG i have maxed cash now.
It also lets you guys set the prices.
Non tradeables would stay.
Like Vesta and firecapes.
Don't be like AMG you can spawn.
I wouldnt spawn pk items..
I would litteraly live of those items.
I would talk to Jai about fixing those bugs along with the item reset.
Like farming. Farming would help you get money.
The barrows bug also.

I don't like this idea =(. i've worked too hard for all my stuff to want it all gone.

The reason I dont want it is because certain items that are awesome will be lost to the game. No more onyx rings, no more flippers, no more jester hats n scarfs, etc. Those are like my favorite items.

Oh, and I forgot. Barrows is glitched, so how are people gonna get their favorite pking armour, which obviously is Veracs and Torags.

Well, I'm, sure Jai would fix the barrows and there still will be those cool hats.

How? From what I've heard Jester hat and scarf is from flame-pkz.

Every server has those items.

I can see why a bank reset may be a good idea, but I think it would be likely to drive away a lot of players that have been pking and working on their banks for a long time. Items such as Vesta Spear/ Longsword and Statius Hammers which are all royal pain in the ass to get will be lost, not to mention the fire capes. This alone will be enough to make a large ammount of players stop playing the server, sadly.

Its easy for Mods to say "lets have a bank reset" as it doesn't affect you in the way it does the average player - the banks reset and you guys get spawning. For those of us that have been playing this server for a long time and have slowly built up their banks and pking supplies so that now they can simply play for the enjoyment of pking this will be a serious blow.

All I can suggest is that a more coordinated effort be made to catch dupers and empty all duped items found.

On a selfish note - I have been collecting AGS sinse I started playing this server, I am aiming to reach 100, and I'm getting close. A bank reset would piss on my bonfire, but if you really think that it wont drive away a large ammount of players then I will support you

Yeah Pink is right, I didn't even think about that part. I've gotten 2 firecapes, 2 spears, 2 hammers, 2 vls. Idk if I could stand doing it again.

But the thing is...

I'd agree to a reset once this server is stable again and most of the glitches are fixed.

i dont like this idea cause the hard erned stuff we all erned will be gone then idk i thing most if the pvp panet communety will quit cause they dont want to make all there money again thats why i thing that there should be no bank reset

Well, personally i think that the population of pvp planet is not THAT big, and even then, not everybody duped... considering both that, and all the dupers we have caught already, it has to be comming close to an end. I wont vote no, since it is just a 'quick fix' to the issue, but, neither will i vote yes, since I think the short term effects of the short term fix would be catastrophic.. I mean, at the rate we are deleting items, economy should be back on its feet without a reset.

did we not learn our lesson yet? we did a item reset and we lost 4/5 of our players... flame pkz failed so we went back to pvp without item reset

Ok, people always use the runelocus toplist as an exscuse cause we can get players. We're only that high up while people vote for it. If 200 people quit, thats 200 less votes for that day, which means we're gonna be bumped down alot.

i'll find new server if bank reset
