It doesnt matter if he had the runes or not, Andrew had NO PROOF to ban at all. Duping is account ban not IP ban as well. Andrew thinks hes god and is just banning people without proof. In order to make a ban there needs to be at least some proof, which obviously andrew doesnt have. He needs to be unbanned.

1. Jin doesnt decide if someone would make a good admin if they pay for it. Andrew does not deserver his admin at all. Only reason he got it is because he payed for it and Jin was forced to give to him.
