Client Loadng stuck on Models

I have downloaded the latest client and when it loads it gets all the way to preloading models, and then it stops. If u minimise it and open it it turns white. I need to fix this problem otherwise i am unable to play the game. Which sucks. Soo what do i do?

just quit it sucks anyways it says 24/7 but it's like online 3/7
