No u can get prem if ur total level is 1500 or above

Ok this is what i did,

The only 99 skill stat i accualy got was 99 thieve.

All you do is get each skill stat to atleast 60 (i got each to 80) which only takes 10 mins ea but u need max cmb stats and you should be good except u dont need to get slay up
