How To Play PvP Planet on a Mac OSx

This is a guide on how to play PvP Planet on a Mac using two programs: VirtualBox and Zipeg.

It is common for Macs to not be able to extract .RAR files, but zipeg makes this possible. Download Zipeg here:

Extract PvP Planet client.

Unfortunately, clients run on batch files (.bat). Mac doesn't support batch files, but reads a similar file called a shell command (.sh). You can reprogram .bat files to .sh files, but it's really hard, so, we're going to emulate Windows on your PC using VirtualBox.

Once that is installed, select any virtual windows operating system. This will bring up a window containing a virtual windows xp/vista/7 (depending on what you chose)

Simply locate your pvp planet client from there, and you're able to play.

BUT WAIT

MACS CANT RIGHT CLICK (control-clicking doesnt count)

No problem, simply log into PvP planet, and go to the Settings interface. It's a picture of a wrench near your inventory. You should see text that says "mouse buttons" and underneath it you can select either "one" or "two"

Select "one"

This will make it so that when you click, it is the equivalent of right-clicking on windows.
