When i was looking today for good tutorial how to make an 317 . Found this topic on silab from zyvek2

and used ur topic jinrake ..
I almost all..
i did step 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 5 didnt needed fully coz i tryied it clicked on run.bat there stood server is online . i have no-ip.com the program ihave on .

So i go to silab and try to log on my server
But doesnt work!!?

always error connecting server.
Tryind portforward but didnt go fully right.
I did by firewall -> execptions -> port add 43594

and still doesnt work
still cant connect plz help??

I don't understand the problem but I'll try to help with what you've given me.

Port forwarding is here - http://portforward.com/

Just find your router and select any game but when it tells you to enter the ports somewhere, enter 43594 or 5555 whatever your server is instead, not the one they give you.

When it comes server side. Basically you don't use a specific IP, when you are connecting to your OWN server the IP is always 0.0.0.0 however when you want other people to connect to your server, you give them the server's IP, for this you must've port fowarded, and have a no-ip, therefore you give them the no-ip address.
