One of the best ways in P2P is going to be God Wars. Either as a team, small team, or a Solo/Duo; this is going to be the best option.

Why:

Drop rates are good, and with a team you can max out your kills even faster.

Personally:

I have soloed many times and received good drops. My best being the Bandos hilt, but others such as Godsword shards, and the Bandos Tassets, and Bandos Boots.


THE BEST WAY:

Join a good Bounty hunter clan - Preferably KO (Kill Orgy #1)

Of course, this all depends on your stats and your net Worth.

if you dont have 70agility try green drags with games neck tele bh for banking and clan wars and run east to drags
you could try snape grass picking up from fally but not sure if this works well
you could try pure ess mining at mage guild - yanille if ur over 66mage or 63 with wiz mind bomb/62 wid mage pot
you could try gwd wid teams if ur high enough cmb
another method is running natures and getting assisted on double nats or rc 2 91 and make ur own double nats but this would take a while
for my cash i use skill and sometimes merching
merching merch wid cc's like goldmerch, chessy018 or cmrobins buy the items (normally mentioned in the clan chat title if it isn't ask) then sell wen they're dumping or just before
