make a system updates so when we are pking or killing sht we are warned.

Whats the point of this again?
Even if you had this, the update would come in only seconds before it happened.
Maybe a better idea would for Jinrake or whoever is updating the server, to post it in news under ONE topic.
And people just look there when they get ancy, or when they are preparing to go pk.

I think every update should go on announcements because when jinrake is updating server you get people on chat like
OMFG ZORS JINRAKE HAS SHUT DOWN
and stuff so yeh , agreed
