add a new donater prize

i think ppl who donates 7.5$+ should get a better prize than just premium member so i thought about it and we should give them black elite ofcaours if u jinrake can so if they donate 7.5$ or more they well get a black elite set which wont be tradable that well make more ppl donate in bigger amounts

no it has to be a reasent donate... like 3-4 days befor it.
